Applying to Language Link Vietnam is really simple, and you can submit your application at any time of the year.

IMPORTANT - We require you to have the following:

A degree
A CELTA or equivalent TEFL certificate*
A police clearance check*

* NOTE: We don’t accept online TEFL certificates, weekend courses or any certificate that has less than 100 hours of classroom based tuition and at least 6 hours of observed teaching practicum.

* NOTE: We require you to have a Police Clearance Check from your native country, dated less than 6 months ago, unless you have been in Vietnam for longer than 6 months, in which case a local Police Clearance Check will suffice.

Step 1

A Cover Letter (MS Word or PDF format)
A CV (MS Word or PDF format)

HR will review your CV, qualifications and details. We will then contact you with the decision as to whether we wish to shortlist you or not.

Step 2

If we decide to shortlist you, we will ask you to email us the following documents. We will then arrange a time for an interview. Interviews are either face-to-face at the office, Skype based or using our new video based Internet interview system.

A scan of your passport information page
A scan of your degree certificate
A scan of your TEFL Certificate

Step 3

If your documents and references are OK, you may well be invited for a second interview with the Director of Studies of the Language Link School that you will be working within. If all goes well, contracts are signed, inductions and initial class observations are planned and you are welcomed into the Language Link fold.
